Our stay was a fantastic experience overall, with clean and comfortable rooms equipped with two double beds and a cot, which provided ample space for us. The bathroom was a nice size with a separate shower cubicle. The service was exceptional, with fantastic staff like Luis, Alberto, and other managers, and the location was excellent, being at the shoreline with many nearby restaurants and within walking distance from downtown and bus stops. However, there were a few drawbacks like the steep hill to access the hotel and issues with the 'all-inclusive' package not being worth the money.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, offering majestic views any time of the day. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to keep everyone entertained. The location, although a bit far from the town center, was lovely with a seafront promenade right outside. The dining experience was enjoyable, offering a good standard of food. Overall, a great value for the money spent.
